The Moon Varsity Basketball coaching staff will be the evaluators. Evaluations are closed to parents. Only coaches and players will be permitted in the gym. It is important to have players there at least 10 minutes early and ready to go so we can begin evaluations promptly. Please have your child wear a jersey with number on it. If they do not have a jersey, a red, white, or black t-shirt is preferable.
Once evaluations have concluded, coaches will then be selected and finalized. From there, teams will be compiled. Parents will hear from either a coach or MYBB on the outcome.
It is likely that some players will not make a team this season. Please know MYBB and coaches do not take these decisions lightly. There are multiple opportunities to continue playing in different programs, including the
Moon Parks and Recs in-house league that will begin in January.
